Terms & Conditions for ADILM Voice AI

Welcome to ADILM Voice AI ("Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our services to create, train, and deploy autonomous AI voice agents for customer service, call automation, and workflow integration, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use our Platform.
1. Services Overview
We provide a platform where you can:
- Build custom AI voice agents (not just chatbots) that handle live calls, guide customers, retrieve from knowledge bases, and execute workflows.
- Embed voice widgets in websites/apps for instant support.
- Connect to your business systems (CRMs, forms, databases) for end-to-end issue resolution.
- Automate repetitive tasks like student applications, approvals, and document routing.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond what's stated here.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be 18+ or have legal authority to bind your organization.
- Provide accurate info during registration. You're responsible for account security.
- Organizations: The account holder binds the entity to these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes:
- Allowed: Customer service automation, workflow optimization, embedded voice support.
- Prohibited:
- Illegal activities, spam, harassment, or phishing.
- High-risk uses (e.g., medical advice, financial trading, legal judgments).
- Overloading systems or reverse-engineering our tech.
- Collecting data without consent or violating privacy laws (e.g., POPIA).
We monitor for abuse and may suspend accounts.
4. Your Content & Data
- You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., knowledge bases, training data, workflows).
- Grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and use it to provide/improve services.
- You're responsible for your content's accuracy and legality. Remove sensitive data before uploading.
- Voice recordings: You must inform callers of recording (e.g., "This call may be recorded").
5. Our Content & IP
- Platform, AI models, workflows, and outputs are our property or licensed to us.
- You get a limited license for your internal business use. No resale or competing services.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
- Fees are non-refundable. We use standard billing (details at signup).
- Late payments incur fees; we may suspend services.
- Taxes: You're responsible for your own.
7. Uptime & Availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance may occur.
8. Disclaimers & Limitations
- NO WARRANTIES: Services are provided "as is." AI may err (e.g., hallucinations); verify outputs.
- Liability Cap: Max liability = 12 months' fees paid. No consequential damages.
- Agents act on your instructions; you're liable for their actions/results.
9. Termination
- Either party can terminate with notice.
- We may suspend/terminate for violations.
- Post-termination: Download your data within 30 days; we delete it after.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy
governs data handling.
11. Governing Law
South African law applies (Johannesburg jurisdiction). POPIA-compliant.
12. Changes
We'll notify material changes via email/platform. Continued use = acceptance.
